How far in advance should I order?
For signature bouquets, we recommend ordering 3-5 days in advance. For weddings and large events, we suggest initiating contact 6-12 months before your date to ensure availability.
Can I request specific flowers?
We always strive to honor specific requests; however, our designs are primarily guided by seasonal availability and quality. If a specific bloom is unavailable, we will substitute it with a flower of equal or greater value that maintains the same aesthetic.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we provide local delivery throughout the Greater Ottawa–Gatineau region. Delivery fees are confirmed in your written estimate or during the quoting process based on the destination postal code.
How should I care for my flowers?
Keep your flowers in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and drafts. Change the water daily and trim the stems at a 45-degree angle every 2 days to maximize their longevity.
Can I book a private workshop?
Absolutely. We offer private workshops for groups of 6 or more, perfect for creative gatherings, team building, or celebrations. Please use our Private Workshop Form to request a date.
Is there a minimum budget for events?
While we don't have a strict minimum for all inquiries, full-service wedding and event styling typically starts at $3,500 CAD. We also offer "a la carte" options for smaller celebrations.
